Job Description : 

We are seeking a Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our marketing team in various capacities. The ideal candidate will be involved in event planning, content creation, and project management. This role reports to our Marketing Manager and requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing. 


Key Responsibilities : 

  • Marketing Plans and Campaigns: Implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns. 
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. 
  • Content Creation: Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including flyers, newsletters, social media, email, and website. 
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. 
  • Event Organization: Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows. 
  • Project Management: Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese.

Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our fintech startup. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be critical in assessing, evaluating, and underwriting financing applications. You will be expected to take ownership of credit recommendations and decisions by analysing financial data, reviewing documentation, and providing informed recommendations regarding financing approvals. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong background in credit analysis and risk assessment in the financial services industry and will also have a role supporting cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments by following the company’s underwriting guidelines, policies, and scoring methodology. Work will include analysing client creditworthiness and the risk associated with individual transactions. On a day-to-day basis, you will be reviewing company documents, financial statements, trade documents, credit reports, market research and other relevant documentation to evaluate the risk associated with financing transactions.
  2. Collaborate with the relationship managers and the operations team to facilitate the execution and structuring of transactions and perform ongoing monitoring. 
  3. Maintain accurate and organised records and documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and internal credit policies.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline credit analysis processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Support the Finance team in other ad-hoc projects. 

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. CPA qualification a plus. 
  2. Proven 5+ years of work experience as an underwriter/credit analyst in the financial services industry, in banks or firms engaged in direct lending, with a strong ability to analyse and assess risk. 
  3. Track record of making sound credit decisions based on comprehensive analysis and interpretation of data.
  4. Familiarity with financing documentation, credit reports, and market analysis.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in Excel.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills: English and Cantonese are a must; Mandarin proficiency will be a bonus.
  8. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  10. Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
  11. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  12. Self-motivated individual with strong initiative and drive.
  13. Experience in construction finance, supply chain finance, trade finance, or related sectors is a plus.
