This landmark legislation aims to address longstanding payment issues and enhance protections for stakeholders throughout the supply chain.&nbsp;Late payments&nbsp;and cash flow disruptions have long plagued contractors and subcontractors, often leading to project delays and financial instability. By introducing clear payment obligations and a streamlined dispute resolution process, the SOP Ordinance brings Hong Kong in line with global best practices seen in jurisdictions&nbsp;such as the UK, Singapore&nbsp;and Australia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300a\u5efa\u9020\u696d\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4fdd\u969c\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u9ede&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7981\u6b62\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u4ed8\u6b3e\u689d\u6b3e\u202f<\/strong>\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7981\u6b62\u300c\u5148\u6536\u6b3e\uff0c\u5f8c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u300d\u7b49\u4ed8\u6b3e\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u689d\u6b3e\u6b77\u4f86\u5c0e\u81f4\u4ed8\u6b3e\u93c8\u4e2d\u7684\u5ef6\u8aa4\u548c\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u300a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u65b9\u6309\u6642\u6536\u5230\u61c9\u5f97\u7684\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u202f\u7de9\u89e3\u5efa\u9020\u696d\u6b20\u85aa\u53ca\u62d6\u6b3e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5be9\u88c1\u6a5f\u5236<\/strong>\u00a0\u300a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u751f\u6548\u4e0b\uff0c\u7533\u7d22\u65b9\u6709\u6b0a\u5c31\u4ed8\u6b3e\u722d\u8b70\u63d0\u8acb\u5be9\u88c1\uff0c\u5be9\u88c1\u54e1\u63d0\u540d\u5718\u9ad4\u9808\u65bc7\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5167\u59d4\u4efb\u5408\u9069\u7684\u5be9\u88c1\u54e1\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc55\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u5167\u4f5c\u51fa\u88c1\u6c7a\u3002\u9019\u6a5f\u5236\u78ba\u4fdd\u722d\u8b70\u4e0d\u6703\u963b\u7919\u9805\u76ee\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5feb\u901f\u89e3\u6c7a\u4ed8\u6b3e\u722d\u8b70\u3002\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5168\u9762\u8986\u84cb<\/strong>\u300a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u516c\u79c1\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u50f9\u503c\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc500\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u7684\u5efa\u7bc9\u5de5\u7a0b\u7e3d\u627f\u5305\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u50f9\u503c\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc50\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u7684\u8207\u5efa\u7bc9\u5de5\u7a0b\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u4e3b\u5408\u540c\u3002\u7e3d\u627f\u5305\u5408\u540c\u4e0b\u7684\u5206\u5305\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u5176\u91d1\u984d\u591a\u5c11\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c6c\u65bc\u300a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7684\u6db5\u84cb\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5168\u9762\u8986\u84cb\u78ba\u4fdd\u5f9e\u5927\u578b\u627f\u5305\u5546\u5230\u5c0f\u578b\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u95dc\u8005\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Main
